Working with Consolidated Merchant Solutions, we were able to create the foundation of a complex CRM system that is used to track orders by several high profile companies. AwareCRM uses many cutting edge technologies, including AJAX, in order to create a powerful, easy-to-use interface.
The Challenge
Convert an existing standalone application for Windows™, written in C++, into a web application without sacrificing functionality.
The Solution
Using PHP's object oriented functionality, we created components similiar to those found in a C++ framework for database connectivity and user interface components. Data is transmitted between multiple servers running the CRM software, parsed, and then displayed. The conducted data utilizes a proprietary XML interface developed by Consolidated Merchant Solutions and Spyraled Media. Using this XML interface, we were also able to build pages for Consolidated Merchant Solution's customers by accepting web-based orders which are immediately imported into the CRM system.

The Result:
With the power of AJAX and PHP we were able to develop a web-based solution that operates like the C++ application that Consolidated Merchant Solution's customers were accustom to using. AwareCRM is also compatible with all current web browsers.
