Job Management System
After years of relying on good old-fashioned paper order tracking, Pinsville was in desperate need of a flexible system in order to catalog and track all of their orders. We designed a system that fully realized their requirements of completely customizable items, and exceeded their expectations overall.
The Challenge
Create a web-based job management system to catalog previous orders as well as track new orders.
The Solution
Due to the variable product range in which Pinsville has accomodated, we developed a fully editable product database that allowed Pinsville to define each product used through the job management system. Tracking begins on the first initial day, through manufacturing, until the final product is delivered to the customer. Fully automated product and supplier integration allows Pinsville to spend less time inputting and tracking jobs and more time growing their business.

The Result:
Aside from having more free time, Pinsville is now much more organized and can service their customers faster and more efficiently than before. The job management system also allows them to woo new customers by finding similiar jobs by a keyword search and sending out industry-specific sample products.
